US Coast Guard - Small Boat - BIG Wave

The U.S. Coast Guard has a school for teaching heavy weather small boat operations.
It is on the Columbia River in an area known as Cape Disappointment. This is a 52 foot
MLB (Motor Life Boat). These boats are no longer in service but have been replaced by
equally capable 47 footers.
